REFIT INCLUDES - Removal of your tape, re tape for fresh tapes, refitting and re applying extensions, wash, trim and Blowdry finish All Lengths 18" and 22" HAIR EXTENSIONS RETURN & REFUND POLICY With our Hair Extension appointments we have a cancellation fee of £50. If you have had your consultation and have confirmed your appointment and decide to cancel or we have already ordered the hair for you Hair Extensions the cancellation fee with a hair extensions is £50. The process of a refund can can take anywhere within 30 business days to be fully refunded.
Cancellation Policy
CUTS, COLOURS & STYLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY We give you the option if you want to pay for your appointment online pre paid or pay during your Hair Appointment as a salon service, For pre paid online bookings we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is issued at any time before 48 hours of your treatment confirmations only. Same day cancellations will not be issued with full refunds of treatment bookings.
